On Sunday 16th April, President Max Harrison welcomed more than 40 members at the opening of the green for the 2017 season. Despite cold and wet conditions, a seven end match was enjoyed by teams representing the President and Vice President, whose team won by one shot.

2016 Ladies Champion, Frances Roberts, was given the honour of casting the first jack of the season and is pictured with the President.
