The Mearns and Coastal Healthy Living Network Past Times Group enjoyed a fun and informative afternoon at Links Park Community Trust in Montrose reminiscing about football, golf and music.
The Past Times group is a social and active group for people with early stage dementia or cognitive impairment. The group meet weekly on Tuesday afternoons in Laurencekirk to do various activities including crafts, games, quizzes and regular outings. The group is a friendly and social group and aims to encourage cognitive stimulation, socialisation and conversation, and to help retain existing skills and to try something new.
