The fourth meeting of the season took place on 8 December 2025 at the Panmure Arms Hotel, Edzell. President Marion welcomed members, guests and our very interesting speaker for the evening, who was inundated by questions from our members. Never have I seen so many questions from our members to a speaker. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and informative presentation.
We enjoyed a lovely Christmas supper and exchanged Secret Santa gifts. As we look towards 2026, our first meeting of the New Year will take place on Zoom, avoiding travelling in unpredictable weather conditions. January will also see us distributing flowers and bowls of bulbs to people in our communities who help with knitting wool squares, sewing squares into blankets and helping at our annual bazaar in March.
