The Howe o’ the Mearns Heritage Club are about to submit a stage 2 CAT application to Aberdeenshire Council to acquire the building for the community.
Currently 5 groups make regular use of the building and it is hoped that the current activities can be expanded and that other groups may also find it a useful addition to the venues in Laurencekirk.
