Next on the library agenda is our Fun Family Sing-a-long! Saturday 17th November, 1pm. If you’re a Dancing Queen come along and have some fun. Bring some Money Money Money as there will be a raffle to raise funds for Project Trust.

On Thursday 22nd November at 7pm we have crime author extraordinaire Christopher Brookmyre. We have just released more tickets as they have been flying off the “cyber” shelf! On Tuesday 4th December our latest Scholastic Book Fair arrives, and will be with us until 8pm on Monday 10th December. If you are Christmas shopping for the little ones in your life, please come along. We will be having extended opening hours on Saturday 8th December, staying open till 2pm to allow as many people as possible come and buy some books. (The more books that are sold gives us credit to buy books for our library!)

Did you go to Laurencekirk Junior Secondary School between 1956 and 1974? Or do you know anyone who did? We are having a reminiscence evening on Monday 10th December at 7pm. Come along and look at the old class records and prize lists.

Tuesday 11th December we are having a fun Christmas Craft sessions for children of all ages. This will be a free event from 3.30pm till 4.30pm

Friday 30th November, 7pm Ocean’s 8: Debbie Ocean gathers an all-female crew to attempt an impossible heist at New York City’s yearly Met Gala.

Friday 14th December, 7pm. It’s a Wonderful Life. Get into the Christmas Spirit with this classic film. This will be a subtitled showing.
